RS headlights +ottobody harness problem

so today i was driving in the morning and the lights were on.....i could see it off of peoples trunks.....i noticed something that the drivers side headlight flickers when i put my car into 1st gear and it struggles for like 2 seconds then goes back to normal......anyone else having this problem? and it only happens in first.....idk what to do!!! help!!

Here is what is going on, on your non RS cars your headlight is not getting 12v all the time, As its your DRL and this is how it works, But RS headlights are not meant to work like that, so you get the flickering, you need to have a relay in the way to have power come on from a 12v power.

called the owner of OTTOBODY and said that they'll ship out a new harness that actually works like its supposed to.....and said to turn on lights manually until the new one comes in

EDIT: he (dylan, guy who makes the harness) replied and said this

-no the diode problem was fixed a long time ago, the reason they are flickering is because the DRL program in the computer, this is something that I cannot control and is not affected by our product the flickering can be resolved by taking your car to a dealership and having them remove your DRL program.

EDIT:He's sending out another harness tomorrow...ill see if that works........hope to God thats the issue!
