Question Help Me Get a CAI!!!!!

Hey Everyone! Just bought my Camaro (well, a month ago) and am deciding to celebrate my 1,500 mile mark by installing a CAI. I've checked out a few, and finally settled on the Roto-Fab intake. Before I get the "wrong Thread" comment, I know I'm posting in the V8 Forum and mine is a 2012 V6. I talked with Mike from Roto-Fab and he thinks my intake's MAF mount iss the same as the 10-11 V8. Anyone Confirm? I'm going to try and get the part number to verify on my part. I just want a CAI, and Am hoping to help get one on my car ASAP.

The mounting looks pretty similar, but the sensor definitely is different than the SS's

If anyone with an SS could take a close up shot of their Factory air box MAF Mount (maybe with measurements of dimensions?) would be greatly appreciated.

The first pic below is our 2012 V6 CAI with the MAF sensor you have pictured above. The second pic shows our 2010-11 Intake with a totally different MAF sensor. While the sensor itself has a different exterior appearance, the mounting block bolt configuration as well as the O-ring surface is identical to the 2010-12 V8 MAF sensor.

Is the tube diameter around the maf the same on the V6 and V8? That would be the limiting factor since the mounting holes are the same.
