Set is new as I have sold my Camaro and waited nearly two years for these wheels. Paid $1800.00 total. The wheels do have a few blemishes around the edges but overall are in "good" condition (some of the edges have small dings from the poor packaging). Because of the blemishes these are for sale local pick up only, for now. You can inspect the wheels before cash changes hands.

They are chrome and ready to be mounted. Again paid $1800.
