What an event I would like to Thank Adrian, Dave, Regina, and Shane helping put on this great event for you all we hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed it. I would also like to thank my club members from Classic Camaro of Central Florida for taking on the task of registration, Raffle prizes, 50/50, and parking without them we could not have pulled off this event (Dave Jessing, Kelly Smith, Kedrin Fraum, Heidi Haynes, Scott Fraum, Mike Schell, Steve Haynes, Allan Glass, Donna Simms, Phil Simms, Dave Smith, Brian Lewis, Mike Dworek, Larry Mendoza, Lisa Jessing, and Brent Bore), I would like to Thank all of our Sponsors Scott Settlemire @ GM, Team Chevrolet, Becky @ Rodgers Chevrolet, Starling Chevrolet, Mike @ Xqizt, Torq, Lashaway, Acme Apparel, Superior Automotive, Gary’s Customs, RX Performance, Kelly From Vet-1, and Jonathan Camere without these great sponsors this event would have been much smaller, and finally I would like to Thank everyone who attended without ALL of you we would not have a show.

This event was a Hugh success what started off as a small get together in the beginning it turned into a big car show with 120 cars total in attendance. We hope everyone enjoyed the complimentary Doughnuts on Saturday and the 30 Pizzas and soda on Saturday evening back at the resort. Our sponsors provided some excellent door prizes and some great items for the goodie bags I hope everyone enjoyed them.

In a few days we will be putting up a suggestion thread for next year’s show we encourage everyone to post up some suggestions so we can make the show even bigger than this year.

I uploaded over 250 photos over in the photo section that a fellow club member took on Saturday.

On behalf of myself, Adrian, Dave, Regina, and Shane Thank you again

Sean

right now a few adjustments
-Calling out Raffle prizes ticket #'s throughout the day and not at the end
-move the exhaust competition earlier say 11am, and then the stereo competition at 1pm.
-Photos having each car photographed as soon as they pull past registration this way our Photographer is not running around photographing cars and cars will not have to move after parked to get a photo taken.

These are just a few suggestions we had from the show on Saturday and the parking lot Saturday evening.

You guys did an awesome job, and everyone that we met was great! Saw a lot of really nice cars, you guys have really put your heart and soul into your cars. Some of the cosmetic mods were amazing! Beautiful cars. On that note, I'd like to get involved to see what I can do to pull more older gen folks in. I can hand out flyers at other events when the time comes, scour the various forums, or whatever! As the year wears on and my cars improve, wifey and I will be hitting more and more gatherings, we plan on being very active and I would be more than happy to use that to bolster next year's numbers.

Also, thank you again to everyone who was there for making us feel so welcome. Our cars were not what we consider ready for something of this magnitude, just slightly above 'Walmart Parking Lot' standards and yet you all made us feel like part of the group. Talk about motivation to clean up engine bays, paint, etc! Our 'to do' lists grew ten fold! So if next year my kids are malnourished and I've sold my kidneys....

I dont know when suggestions start for next year, but 01pewter28 has some good ones. talk to owner of BBQ truck , more types of food, and no soggy rolls..
On a serious note, how about making room for clubs, say 20 spaces together for each affiliated club, then room for independent people more spaces.. award for best rep. club, so that people strive for more people to attend.

You guys already know its going to be bigger and Badder next time around...
Once I get some more pictures in the Photo thread my goal is to get
Us on the Homepage...

I will then be opening up a thread for Comments and Voluteers for next years event.
This year it was all put together by 5 individuals imagine the possibilities if we get a larger team in place for the next one....
There have been lots of great suggestions and we have some ideas that we just couldn't afford this year so start getting ready to ask for a weekend off lol...

We should have an informal meet later this year somewhere in the state maybe a Daytona beach? LoL there I go again throwing out ideas but it would be cool to do something either summer or winter related...
