Looks like the one that was done for the last SEMA. If I remember right it was a show car and was not meant to be driven. There are no air filters.

I'm pretty sure that is the SCAP (Sound Choice Audio and Performance) Camaro. They were having tuning issues at the time _ according to the builder when I spoke to him - so it wasn't tuned to where some guys are now. Anyhow, here is a video. And it is a little different from the SEMA car.

i was wondering the same, looks like an awesome turbo kit
 but if so many gutys have trouble tuning the V6 with a turbo, it will take forever until a good one will be released which is positioned in the engine bay

wow it looks soo much better the way its done now. And those snails are going to melt that engine cover lol
