Something like this be ok? The guy that is gonna install it said he really only needs the shims. He has gear marking. But here is the kit im thinking about

I can't remember if I put the additive in when I did the gears, but I did go with Royal Purple. I'd just do whatever is suggested.

He is sending me Eaton PN# 19599-010
the 2nd time around. Wish I would of ordered the 1st time. And when it says: Mineral/Petroleum based gear oil. That is non-synthetic correct?
And I should be ok with the posi additive I already ordered correct?

What kind of oil should I use? Can I use synthetics? Do I need a friction additive/modifier?
Eaton Posi units perform best when using GL4 (or better) mineral/petroleum based gear oil. A four ounce bottle of friction additive/modifier is also necessary for optimum performance.

So it sounds like non-synthetic and additive is required.
Figures since my synthetic and posi additive just arrived lol
Guess Ill be getting couple quarts of non synthetic
