Nitro (Top Fuel)

Has anyone tried a light mix of Nitro in there gas?
I remember a friend of mine doing in 1979 putting it in a Valiant but never paid attention to the tuning or amount of mix.

Yes, you guessed it. After a month of playing he did something wrong and it blew.
