Anyone on here in AZ actually received their Camaro yet? I know there are a few in the valley. I saw a Victory Red while I was jogging the other day. If anyone has a V6 or wouldn't mind taking me for a ride sometime please let me know!! I can't seem to find anywhere to actually ride in one and Avis says they won't have em at Sky Harbor until sometime in June.

A friend of mine here on the site should be getting his IOM 2SS on Tuesday from Gateway chevy on 99th Ave and I-10. Send a PM to "56chevywagon" i am sure he could probably meet up with you sometime.

I would be willing to do so, but i don't expect delivery till around the 1st of July.

If I understood correctly, my son Jake tells me that their (Van's) orders on the Camaro are being accepted in two days time. Also Van is the number five Corvette dealer in the nation and it is likely that Chevrolet is using Corvette sales as a gauge or at least partial qualifier for Camaro allocations. So it is possible that the dealers that have a history of slower Corvette sales may not get their orders accepted as quickly??? All speculation at this point but it does seem that Chevy is ramping up to get those orders out the door. I am confident that they want to roll this car out with precision quality. Also they have less than 3% markup in this vehicle which on a $34,000 package is only about $1,000. So it would seem to me that anyone purchasing for MSRP or alittle over is actuallly getting a great buy. Even if you count the floor plan dollars. Also there are RUMORS of a late year dbl digit price increase on the Camaro.

Oh well I am just trying to pass the time here while I wait for my Camaro.

I use to work at Van back in the early 90's and yes they do sell allot of Vette's there. Hated washing those Bastids though since they wouldn't fit through the auto wash!

Congrats to all who have ordered and I think it would be great to get together once all ours are here! I sure hope that mine will arrive soon.... I will have been in area 51 for 2 months on June 1st so I'm just sitting back and waiting for that good news that it's on it's way!

Hey everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Brian and I've been lurking around here for a while now. I ordered an imperial blue metallic 2010 2SS from Courtesy Chev on 5/13 for MSRP. Worked with a Mr. Williams there, he seemed like a stand up guy and I am really happy with the dealership so far. Anyways, I like the idea of all of us meeting up somewhere once we get our Camaros, hope to meet all of you soon!

Should have mine any day now, talked to the dealer today and he called GM, they said it is on the rail in Indiana 2 days ago. Should be here by Monday or Tuesday.

I am not one to spread RUMORS so I will simply say that you may want to inquire with Mr. Williams and his supervisor as to the strength of their dealerships financial stability, which could affect their ability to deliver your car as promised. I would not let them have any significant deposit money. :(

This is a very safe tune. Air fuel was still on the rich side to keep cylinders cool.
