Cams are coming. I won't be getting mine until after christmas (since I have to take care of the kids first) but I think mace is willing to compromise for anyone that need or want one sooner, but I am sure he will chime in on this later when he gets in. I think mace is working to get their vendor status here also.

Also, for now..you will have to find your own porting work. You can contact Darin D with HFFI at d.dochterman@mchsi.com I think he is also currently porting couple other IM's for guys here. He is awesome with his work, plus by now I am sure he know this manifold inside out which is a good thing vs a guy that will be his first time working on one.

It all depends tho. If you plan on just installing a mild cam then the gain won't be that much, maybe around 20-30rwhp but you will definitely have that true cam lope which some of you seem to love.

If you want decent power from cams the best thing is to do head and intake and go with a mediocre cam grind which will take away some low rpm but will give you some insane mid to high rpm boost. This is when the lingenfelter 3.91 gears will come in play

There's still some work to be done but I am sure when the time come mace will get it right since these guys been doing cams on their alloytec for ages.

SAWEET cant wait for those cams to be done with gonna make the car sound awesome and have more power. Yea ill have to shoot him a message about the IM than hopefully ill be able to get those done by christmas

Also michael, unless someone come out with a solution for the fuel pump you might have to ditch the e85 since the cams will call for more fuel, but who cares right

Yea that will prob have to happen, but who cares i will have a cammed v6 sounding bad a$$ and will have the oomph to go with it lol

I would REALLY like to see a proven dyno on that intake. I have seen enough undertones on others work, that it really needs to be proven.

I won't post any numbers just out of respect for the rules on this forum or until mace get their sponsor status but the numbers will be about the same as any other DOHC cams such as comp cams for the 5.0 GT.

Oh.. you will.. remember I said there is about to be series of tests ready to go on very soon

Just know that I am one of them and I am about to find out what my stg 3 ported IM make while in the mix just for my sanity. I am actually riding around with just the IM(my original reworked insulator is currently in the mail)now and I can tell you the buttdyno so far is very very good! I think my butt dyno so far has been pretty accurate lol.

but I will be missing atco since I will be away from my camaro and in the complete opposite direction, but I promise you after her complete transformation you guys will have a chance to personally meet and greet her. Just make sure you post up lots of videos and low DA numbers. The 13.7 you put down last week was just awesome right after the header

BSR1 did a good job,as I'm sure Mace did. Making assumptions is not tactful. I'm interested in the work being done, and want to see how it ends up, but......

Yeah I'm trying to follow this thread and I'm wondering why someone is being accused of ---- talking. Maybe I'm missin sumthin but I'm not seeing it. I'm just trying to wrap my head around how for two years us LLT PPLS have been wandering around in an unforgiving Bosch desert hoping for a miracle and here we now sit on the cusp of an avalanche of bitchen new mods for our cars.
