Got all excited, thought I found the wheels I wanted to buy but the search continues. :(
Having the badging on these is a deal breaker for me. Refuse to pretend something that the car is not.

I like these wheels too but I won't buy a set with ZL1 badges on them either.

At this time we have no plans for doing anything with that one. If I could get some interest in them i would have no problem at all moving forward with that program.

Should I generate a new thread and see what the interest level is? Let me have your thoughts on this.

Definitely interested if they were wider and about the same weight/pricing as the Forgestars or TSWs. I actually don't mind the ZL1 badging on the wheels. It's sticking badges on the body itself that bugs me more.

I have been discussing the width and badging concerns with the factory and it's looking like we may be able to make some changes sooner than expected. I'll keep everybody posted

+1 for the standard ZL1 rims (SSX) plus because they are open in the center of the spoke with no badges it solves all the problems... consider me interested in this option

That's great to hear

PM me a price for the Matte Black painted with mirror machined face wheels when you have a minute. I'd like to get a better sense as to how these compare price wise to a few other wheels that I've been looking at.

I am interested also in these.
Seems there is as much interest in these as there is in the ones in your thread.
Oh, and I would like them in 22" please.

Your gonna lose a lot of customers because of this. Not many people feel ok with being a "poser"

I'm not sure that we will "lose" them. but I know that we will certainly gain additional ones if we can build them without the badging. I've gotten 4 pre-orders for the wheels as is so that just shows that there's a fit for everyone.

I look forward to offering it in wider sizes and no badging as well, if you're interested feel free to check back.

Thanks for the input

Start a poll on the SSX wheels to see who would be in?

I love all the SS guys in here who would love the wheels emblazoned with ZL1 when they give V6 guys shit for putting on the SS fascia with the mailslot, when that doesn't even have any badging.

Are these wheels cast or forged? What are their weights?

I'm "pretty interested" in a ZL1-badged standard-width ZL1 wheel as advertised here. But if there was a wider, non-badged ZL1 wheel AND a wide SSX wheel, it's not a question of if I'd buy, but rather a question of which one. I'd suggest posting up a "SSX Interest?" thread and see what happens.

You've got to be kidding me about peopple showing interest in the SSX wheels. Search the SSX Camaro thread that showed the wheels for the first time and you will find that there is a huge market for them waiting to be produced by someone. Now on another subjuct, since these are replica wheels, will the manufacturing process (forged) be replicated to produce them? Or will these be cast versions?
