Updated the time slip post with the mods. Next time at the track will be with new twin disc clutch, SJM Line Lock, Raptor Shift Light, MGW Shifter, Forgestar F14 18" and Nitto NT05R 305/45R18's out back. Hoping for a big improvement.

New best with 18" DR's and RPS clutch. Learning to launch the car all over again but wth is up with those 60' times?! I want to fund those elusive 7's and I know this car has got the power but the driver apparently does not have the skills.

What light are you launching from? You'd probably be running 7s at a real track. I ran 7.76 on a cam and convertor at Irwindale.

Reaction time has nothing to do with ET. Your time does not start until you leave the line. Therefore you could sit on the starting line for an extra 2 seconds and this will have no effect on your ET. It's his 60 ft that needs to get lower.

Wasn't worried about RT on this run. This was the first run out on the new setup so I was focusing on my launch more than anything. Really focused on the 60 foot cause I know that is where the money is but I cannot get this down.

I'm thinking I might need three things, a real track, 3.91's, and more practice. For the NT05R's stick pretty damn good considering. I wasn't able to leave the line at even 2000 rpms on the stock Pirellis. I was bogging on the launch at 4000 on these tires.

Any updates? Has anyone been hitting the track? I just got back from Famoso and a buddy went 11.5 in his Whippled SS on ZL-1 wheels with street tires.
