Yeah, I'm kinda getting used to the Injen long tube design. Probably gets more air being down there. I'm happy with the performance of the AirAid right now, so I won't switch it out.

Funny thing on the injen, less hp on the dyno or = Airaid, about 8, but feels 30% stronger on the street and has more growl. On the v6 ayway.

Don't switch unless you want a tune. I had the aem version that goes to the bottom of the grille and made the car run like shit

If I ever switch, it's gonna be with a supercharger or turbo. Until then, I'm gonna keep this one.

I didn't have to tune with the AirAid either. My ECM or MAF hasn't acted up once either. I did have an issue with my stabilitrack, but that was due to the wheel swap. That thing used to light up like a Christmas tree. It's fixed now.

That sucks on the aem since you got it after the test, think all would be good, . Why didnt you keep the halltech?

Well Janetty said it is best to tune but not necessary. I disagree. I sold the halltech because I didn't really notice a difference when I had it on. Really missed it once I took it off. The only reason I got The k&n with The metal tube was so I can color match it at some point.

Well the fuse pull resets the ecm so that should speed up the process. I didn't do it when I switched intakes I just let it happen but if I switch again I'm pulling

Have 48 miles now, might as well leave it for another 20 or so. Oh by the way changed out the plastic hose on the cai, had some left over line for the catch can and used that.Much better

Cool. Looks kinda cheesy the way they have that from Halltech. They should include a hose long enough to go from the tube to the nipple that the plastic piece attaches too
