I wouldn't use tape...it doesn't lay completely flat on the grille, it needs the back-plate/"washer" to hold it in place...you'll see...

Badass boats man. RC boats I haven't gotten into yet, but I love airplanes, helicopters, and cars. Let me know when you go take it for a spin and we'll get crazy with it, lol. I'm still addicted to RC planes though. The fastest plane I had was 180mph, but I want more, lol. RC is wayyyy more fun than people realize, and they think of it as those piles of crap RC toys you get at target. Today's technological advances have change the ball game in RC.

Ok, because of my jealousy Im gonna play devils advocate here:

You said you don't want to get rid of your SS. So 1.) you don't need two Camaros. 2.) you don't want an $800 car payment and 3.) you don't want 2 car payments.

It sounds like you have a decent down payment, why not use that towards the one you already own? Get a supercharger, suspension package and enjoy.

I think a good spot for those boats is old Long Beach Marine Stadium...The don't do drag boats there anymore, but pretty sure its a great spot for RC boats...

Its ok. Older used one but for 300 Im happy. Used to have a 1/5 scale gas buggy that was stupid fast for the size. I always wanted to get into planes but never knew anybody who flew them and i hate nitro lol

I'm still learning the R/C helicopter thing. I used to do planes but got out of it a couple years ago. Helicopters is a whole new dimension. I built an electric one to get the hang of it.
