just wondering if the heads cam and intake manifold can be swaped from the z71 6.2 to the L99 . i ask since gm is famus for using universal parts and i read on a performance article that some one had swaped these parts from a truck 350 to a camaro 350 only thing is they was older models late 80's i believe either way it said that it was a hp increase of 150 !if this is true then ill do it to my car

That's basically the exact same motor you have already, except made for a truck(L92). Power is within ~5HP of the L99, so swapping those parts won't be of any help.
