Painted My Engine Cover
I went to Home Depot and couldn't find any paint to match to match IBM. I did find this stuff, it was shiny so i figured, why not?
It looks alot more purple in the picture than in person though, maybe like 1/3 of it. Thoughts?

is this just spray paint? Ive been thinking about doing mine but wasnt sure how ppl are doing it

Looks good. Is it the color changing stuff? The front of the engine cover looks blue and the rest looks purple. maybe just the light.

Yup, its spraypaint. Rust-Oleum "Colorshift"
It was easy. I just cleaned it, taped it, sprayed it and it came out pretty good .

I thought about getting that color shift spray paint when I was doing mine but I decided with the blue metallic and silver metallic

nice, i did mine with spray cans...just went to pep boys and bought spray paint (GM matched IBM) and just sprayed away...pretty easy
