No...we're taking the other car to Parris Island, plus we need to get Cody (our new Marine) back home so that he can see all his buddies for the weekend.

I repeated my personal best of a 12.36 @ 110 MPH....

Tom's car broke the rear end....so he joins the "Busted Rear End Club." :(

Milton ran his new best of 12.66

Tam's Cam's car got a new personal best of 13.36

DCarlos55 (Jacksonville) ran a new best of 13.36

Jon (SickSS) from Jacksonville ran his daily driver Impala SS, since his Camaro is also a member of the "Busted Rear End Club :( for a best of 14.20

...I will say, it was some of the best runs I've had with the car, even the part with the pro-tree mixup, where all I saw were Regina's tail lights, and to use a Milton'ism (new word!), "...man, if we were racing a 1/2-mile, I would've had you!"

Big, BIG thanks to you guys for hanging out with me while waiting for the tow truck. And especially BIG thanks to Milton and his wife for letting me hitch a ride with them the 4 hours back home. Thanks guys!

A friend in Texas pointed out that this guy from LS1Tech (Carter01) was there Saturday doing 9's...and drove both "to" and "from" the track without a trailer or *ahem* a tow truck:

How much did it cost him to drive that car from Texas??? I can't imagine that car gets any kind of decent gas mileage
