Seating comfort for taller people?

Hey everybody,

I'm 6'4" and I'm wondering if any of you who are taller have had a chance to sit in the Camaro and was the head clearance good?

Thanks

I am 6' 7", and I sat in one of the SS's on display in chicago. No problem, however, withe the seat adjusted to suit my comfort level, there wasn't a whole lot left in back.

Was that with or without a sunroof? I'm6'-1" and the sunroof car at the auto show seemed to have limited headroom.

I am 6'3" 260lbs and I sat in one at the Cleveland car show and had plenty of room, more than enough. This car did not have a sunroof, did not order one on my car for that reason,.

Does anybody know how much the headroom is decreased with the sunroof? I've always had sunroofs in the past and out here in AZ its really nice to have one to cool off a car on the fast.

Good thead with same topic here

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16422

I'm 6'6 and sat in a 2SS with sunroof, and will be getting mine without, just was not enough headroom for me to be comfortable with the sunroof. Easy to fix though if you really want a sunroof, just recline a little more =)

If you're 6'4 you might be ok. Also keep in mind if you ever want to go to a track remember helmet room.
