High Wing Spoiler question regarding stripes

I'm going to be buying the new High Wing Spoiler from Chevy. I currently have a 2010 2LT/RS transformers edition camaro that has the trunk stripes with spoiler.
Question: Will I need to order new stripes for the trunk for when the new spoiler is attached? I'm not sure where the mounting holes are for the current or new spoiler. I know new holes will have to be drilled and old ones filled.

Also if I can get your guys opinion on what would look better, Gloss black high wing or body color (rally yellow) on my T/F car?
