Anyone ordered DF Concours towels??

I ordered $89.00 worth of towels from DF Concours on March 9,2009. Still haven't recieved them. The first time I emailed them they said they would send me the tracking number. Never did. Emailed them two more times and nothing. Left a message on their answering machine today. Nothing. Someone recommended them on here but I can't remember who it was. Has anyone ordered from them and had this kind of trouble? Starting to get

I know this doesn't help you but I ordered about $100 worth of cobra microfibers from autogeek.com and they were here in like 4 days.

Sounds like I won't be buying the concours ones.

Same here. I ordered $50 worth about a month ago and still haven't recieved them. I've been meaning to call them, but I keep forgetting.

If they would just let us know if the towels are back ordered or something! When you don't return emails and phone calls it raises the BS factor!

Basically just a better quality towel. Of course they can leave swirls if you get dirt in them, but there is no comparison when drying a vehicle or taking polish off. Microfiber towels are amazing.

Then there are high and low end towels that are all considered microfiber.....the ones in the link and cobra, for instance, are higher quality.

Just like how you can spend 10 bucks for wax at autozone, or you can spend $40, $50, $100 on wax. You won't get the same results but your paint will be protected.

Theres been alot of problems with ordering these towels. Go to Autopia.org
and search for the thread "Has anybody ordered from DF towels.com" and
look at all the complaints. BTW Leo (owner of DF towel )is a member over
there.

Thanks Nexus6, I'm going to give it another week or so before I panic.

BTW, My name over there is camaroDan, stop in and say hello. It's a great
site for detailing info. Hey nol300, I see you made youre first post in that
thread also.

Ya I was searching for problems with that company and found that site good info. For me just being in a sales job don't see how people can't even call back even the people on this site how some of the dealers won't call them back mindboggling.

WOW! I'm in a long list of pissed off customers! I'll be calling my credit card company tomorrow. If the jackass would just let people know what's going on, we would be a little more understanding. Total BS! Looks like the old "I'll send you the tracking number" line has been used way to many times!

I called my credit card company. They refunded me the money and filed a complaint with Leo. To bad it had to come to this. Sounds like he has a great product. It's been over a month with no feed back so I had to call in the credit card company. Don't feel bad Nex. You give good advise. You got your towels on time. You were just recommending a good product. Now, I guess I need to find some towels!

With all the trouble DF Concour is giving, I've decided to look around at the numerous bed and bath stores. I have yet to find anywhere that sells 100% cotton towels without that blame decorative stripe running down the middle. Does anyone know somewhere to buy towels without this stripe as I assume it is bad for your car?

I have a question for everyone here. I have never heard of or used Zaino, but it sounds like it is very good wax. My question is i am getting a IOM 2SS/RS which Zaino should I order for that color paint. Please excuse me for my ignorance with zaino. Also if I need to buy more than just the wax please let me know. I live here in Hawaii and i want my car to look its best in the sun out here. I usually use mothers or meguiars now.
