I bought one of those decals and I couldn't get the damn thing to fit; I think it was some knob from eBay that was cutting them out from memory, or rough guesses... I ended up tearing it off and spraying Plasti-Dip on my bowties...anyway, I digress See my sig it worked anyway haha.

Well, give it a shot, there's no risk involved. Watch a tutorial or two on dipyourcar.com before you use it so you don't waste your money/time.

Almost all the black plastic is painted AGM. RS badges are painted the same purple.

Anyone have pics of an AGM with the white rally stripes? (not the hockey stripes..) Contemplating buying some vinyls for the hood/trunk/spoiler.

Different color combo but it looks great.

Thanks man! That's actually at the JW Marriot in downtown Kuwait City, the valet dude parked it right at the entrance, which was pretty cool. Pretty cool because there was a new Benz CLS behind me, and just further behind was the Bentley Mulsanne!

I was very pleasantly surprised to see how light the gray interior was. I could never find very detailed information. And the exterior is ever better than expected. Pictures don't do it justice, but here is my lame attempt.

Hey all,

I kinda have my eye on an ashen gray Camaro at one of my local dealers, but I'm a bit concerned about the color being as hard to maintain as black is - ya know, swirl marks and all. So now that some of you have had the car for a while what's your verdict on this one? Does every little thing show as badly as black does?

Any input is much appreciated.

It is a hard color to keep clean not nearly as bad as my 05 black colorado. I would rather have the AGM than any other color.

I find it easy to maintain AGM, as it's not a solid color due to the gold and blue flake in it. A California car duster is my best friend, on the annoying tree pollen that is, that's my only gripe on keeping it spotless!!!

Yeah, I like the color with it's gold and blue metallic flake; definitely gives it a pop in the sunlight. I'm not so much worried about general dirt and pollen since that stuff can just be washed off, it's more the swirl and light surface marks issue that worry me. I once owned a black car and man, did every little thing show. My current car is silver so it doesn't show a damn thing and that's what I was originally gonna get again, but the more I looked at it the more it seemed boring since that's what I've been staring at for the last 9 years.

I've only had my AGM for 2 months, and I was in the same boat as you, my last 2 cars were silver, and I was going to get a silver Camaro but this AGM looks great, especially with tinted windows and black bowties and blacked out lights all around, it just pops! I just installed the AGM molded splash guards, and I'm getting a clear vinyl bra installed for the front end next week, because the tiny rock chips are starting to add up on the bottom bumper lip LOL! I've used Meguiar's NXT tech wax 2.0 to cover up any kind of swirls and light scratches in the clear that popped up in the past for great success in hidding any imperfections from being noticeable. In my opinion, AGM looks better than any dark solid color when it comes to showing imperfections, you really got to be close to notice anything.

Here are a couple of pictures of my new AGM camaro. I am planning on adding chrome trim in the future. I will update the pics as I go along.

Do you guys/gals install the rally strips yourself, or have it done? I am looking at getting some flat black rally stripes.

I picked mine up 5/11--It was clean from dealer prep-it rained the next 2 days-it does not show road grime as bad as you would think-I got compliments at work all week-you don't notice how dirty it is until you wash it-which I did this morning, and she looks sweet.
