Complete kit but tune would be needed. . . . Installed on my Coupe in October of 2010 and taken off last month . . . Made 520 rw and 494 rw trq. Had all work done by Race Proven Motor Sports where it now sits ready to ship out. I bought this kit instead of the Maggie 2300 because I wanted a kit that would get me over 500 rw without headers . . . . I had been on the mod train a long time and wanted something that would be reliable and not hard on the head . . . .it gave me exactly what I asked for and now I am looking for more power again on a new SS Vert I just scored.

This kit is great if you are not looking for more than 600 or so rw hp . . . .I ran it with a solo catback and no headers and was on 7.7 lbs of boost and got 520 rw . . . .I did need to dyno tune it to get there. If you want bigger numbers this kit is not for you. The 1900 has great power down low and is set up to run on a fairly stock SS . . .if you did add headers and changed the pulley for 10-12 lbs of boost you would be in the 600 range . . .I am guessing you would be working it at anything over 700 but I do not know.

The kit has approx 3,000 miles on it and is in very good condition. Fran the owner of Race Proven Motorsports can answer any tech questions about the blower or verify the condition of it. I can get more pictures upon req.

Kit includes Roto-Fab cold air intake and Kenne Bell boost-a-pump and upgrades for 8lb boost set up. It is ready to install and Fran can provide a temp tune if needed.

My cost new was $7,500.00. Have all receipts and records. So $4k and split shipping . . . . .I am in Delaware 19804.

So in summary this is a kit for someone that wants a bolt on set it and forget it blower . . .staying close to stock and has no bigger plans in mind . . .in that setting the kit is perfect. It is an LS3 set up but can work on an auto

do you have the install manuals for it? All belts and relocation hoses are included? New properly sized fuel injectors?Another words, everything needed except the tune?

Install manuals are long gone as I never used em . . .I had Race Proven Motorsports put the kit on . . .I can look for em but did not keep em with the recpts . . .all belts and hoses are included . . .injectors are not new as I paid for the upgrades when I bought the kit . . .so I never used the 6lb pulley or the injectors that came with . . .I traded out before the kit was shipped and paid for the bigger pulley and the bigger injectors . . . .60lbs I believe . . . it is a complete kit . . . I do have SCT tuner I will throw in . . .Race Proven may be able to throw my tune on there . . . but I believe the tuner is tied to the vin . . so there maybe a fee involved in sending it back to have it wiped . . .

Everything you need . . . .complete kit except the tune

Above link shows an install on a G8. . . . . . Harrop does the kit on the G8 as it was out before the Camaro . . .the G8's kit is called the Black Series . . not sure what you would need to get form them in the way of parts to make my Camaro kit work on your car . . .it would work . . .I just do not know how much of a PITA it would be.

Fran said his shop could make it work . . .but we are in Delaware . . . .he has an ace LS tuner, Roshan . . .Roshan is very good . . . they even put a blower on my wrangler 4 door.

Ottperformance does sell the Harrop and their kits for the Camaro are around $5,500 . . . .mine was a lot more and had the upgrades so I got worked at $7,500 . . . call Ott as it may be worth your time to buy new or you can ask them what you would need if you were going to use it on a G8 . . .either way it should help you decide the best path.

Answer is it would work but you would need to figure in . . . .if the search for parts and the used kit were worth the savings vs. buying new.

I really like the G8's and sold Fran's brother my polished SS rims for his G8 . . .they really look good . .I was going for a G8 and was going to do a project but got side tracked on another car. . Good luck with yours.
