Did you try clearing cookies and history? When I did this I got one within minutes.... I'll jump on and try a few times for you.

thanks man! yeah myself, my girlfriend and another friend all went on for about two hours following exact directions and non of us could get the pop up

The fine print reads: "Take retail delivery from dealer stock by 4/30/12. See dealer for details. Vehicle must be purchased or leased by the person whose name appears on the offer code print out or can be transferred to an individual residing in the same household (same address) as the eligible recipient noted on the offer code print out."

I have one in hand and wouldn't you know that the freaking car is sitting on a rail car 40 miles away and won't even be unloaded until tomorrow. Might not show up until mid-week at the earliest. Offer expires tomorrow. I hope this isn't an omen about this purchase. UGH.

Someone may have already mentioned this since I didn't read through all the pages, but as long as you have VIN some dealers will let you finalize the paperwork early. Only snag is you basically are paying for something you don't have yet. I know a few others have been able to do this, and my salesperson said he would be willing. (IF I can ever get him to return a phone call to set up the time, but that's another rant on another page)

THe dealership is more than willing to take my money prior to the car arriving ... It is my issue not theirs. This car is a replaceme t for one lemoned on a buy back for the convertible top. We are afraid to be stuck with another lemon and want a full inspection prior to signing. Big catch 22. :-(

Have the dealership do your paperwork tonight but not send anything over until the car arrives. They just have to have the paperwork with todays date on it so you can use the certificate. If there's a problem with the car, don't finish signing the paperwork.

Well my private offer went unused. Was really close to pulling the trigger on a new Silverado and trading the Avalanche but I really want another Camaro to drive daily. Decided to wait and see what the incentives are tomorrow. If they're not better, I'll just look for a used 2SS and go that route.

What happens is this... if you are fortunate enough to get the $1000 Private Offer window to pop up... you have to enter your info (name, address, and email) as well as the model vehicle you want. They then email you the Private Offer document. It also pops up on the screen after you fill out your info.

I had one pop up for me in March before I could use it. So, I knew a guy in this thread needed one. He pm'd me his info. I entered it into the pop up window and he got the offer via email.
