I'm sure the hood will cost like 5000 or something from factory, lol.

Seriously, I'm pretty surer a replica will cost less.

The only reason I ask is because the zl1 front fascia is 350 and cheaper than aftermarket ones. So mabe the hood will be cheaper I hope

That's only ONE part of the bumper, the main upper part. You still have to buy the lower part.

I would wait and see but depending on the quality of the aftermarket hood it might be about the same IMHO I have a feeling the OEM hood with run around $2000

You still have to buy the fogs and DRLs, bolts and grills... so add that to the pot.

They mmight start off cheaper but many time it can take a bodyshop many house to get them right and in the end you could pay equal or even more than the OEM one trust me I know from experience.

The hood itself we will be selling for around $550 I believe. The last time I checked both inserts did not have any pricing in the catalog.

I'd wait and get a stock one from the forums, they'll eventually be there.

You know when this hood was first being made, everyone flipped out, but now its fine to have your camaro look like the ZL1. People are strange..... But like I said before, its your car, build it like you want it :-)

Yeah, LOL, I was checking on them like every other day and it had been a couple of days since I checked and in that time frame they became available, the pricing anyway.
