What kind of deal did I get?

When I bought my 2013 2ss rs convertible with 1100 miles on it I thought I got a great deal, but after reading some of these post I am thinking maybe I didn't. I paid $36,000 plus ttl. I know brand new they go for over $45k but with all the incentives and discounts you can get them a lot cheaper. No matter what I love my car just curious.

I think you got a good price. It's basically new, and it's a 2SS convertable. That's a pretty high end car.

Enjoy it

It sounds like you got a great deal.

Don't worry what some others post here. I think half of them are BS.

Yeah, you got a good deal. There's so many factors that go into buying a new car, location, inventory, new models coming out, vehicle color and options, etc. You said you thought you got a good deal at the time and that's all that matters. If you were a couple states away and few months later in the year you might have saved a few hundred dollars, but you wouldn't have your exact Camaro either. I think you can relax and enjoy it.

What this guy said. Besides there's nothing you can do about it now anyway so why think about it.

If you have a choice of Cash discount or 0% finance, never go for the 0%. The dealership will jack up the price and you'll end up paying more biweekly/monthly.

Always try to reduce your interest rate ASAP in the first 2 years. This will allow you to pay less interest overtime.

Or if you have a relatively close lump-sum in cash to spare, work out a cash deal with the dealership, your out the door price will be a lot lower.

I think you got a deal. I bought a new 13 2SS Convertible IOM, rally stripes, RS package, inferno orange interior, color match grill, short throw shifter, NPP exhaust. Sticker was 47,800 out the door a little under 40,000. Like what was said before if you liked the deal (and it was a deal) that's all that matters.

I just paid $34,000 for this. It is a 2013 w/o navigation. It had 700 miles on it. Soon to have inferno orange racing stripes on it.
