Sneak peek OZMO Engineering Carbon Fiber Intake Manifold

Blu808 and Ozmo Engineering will be working together for the 2012 season testing their beautiful Carbon Fiber twin throttle body intake manifold.

This manifold is simply stunning in person. The build quality is the best I have seen and the engineering that owner Jamie puts into his product line is remarkable.

Here you can see it test fitted on our C6 race car. We will be fitting their single throttle body manifold application on our 1000 WHP TT Camaro next month hopefully as well.

This will clear the OEM hood on the Camaro and fit without a problem!

Let me know what you all think.

Luke

Will do. We will be fitting this week.

I believe we will be testing a baseline with our current engine which is our back up.

Ls3
Forged rods, Pistons, stock crank, WCCH CNC LSA Heads, G6X3 cam stock displacement 11-1 cr.

We will run that for our baseline since it is comparable to what most consumers would have at the time of upgrading to this product.

We will then tune the car with the Ozmo manifold and show the comparison.

In about a month we will install our new Blu808 402ci and will post up some additional numbers to show how it does with added displacement.

What are you hoping to see out of the LS3?

Its a nice product. The $3500 price tag is out of reach for most people on an intake.

Pricy, but potentially a game changer.

Sometimes that adds exclusivity that some of our clients are looking for.

Personally I believe if this manifold can gain 30-50 hp or tq it would be well worth the costs.

For someone looking to build a NA engine it would be a perfect setup. It provides the long runner length for instant torque but provides a large enough plenum for high RPM power. We will have to test it and see how it performs.

The Ozmo short runner single throttle body system will be tested on our 1000 whp TT Camaro here shortly as well.

Need a second opinion, I'll test one for you....

I'll be at or well over 1000 RWHP within a month or two...

My goal is pure NA making the most off the stock LS3 block, so this is something I'm keeping a close eye on.

Lucky for me Blu808 is my shop .

I have the same mods as you, except for a FAST 102 manifold. I want to see how much more power this manifold makes over the FAST. Keep us posted please.

Looks badass. I bet the linkage on the TBs is a nightmare though?

What power application is this for? I can't see this being very beneficial for a modest, daily-driver.

On a 1xxx HP monster, I'm sure it's awesome.

Your throttle body is drive by wire, not a cable.
