I think he'll come back by next week to get ready for the playoffs, but no official word yet. Heard he's walking without the boot. Now gotta start running without pain. Hopefully in the next few days.

Lakers-Mavericks 112-108 OT W 38-22...Very good all around team game. Gasol, Bynum, Metta, Barnes, Sessions starting five played well. 4-1 without Kobe. Looking very good as a team. Gasol hit some BIG shots, including 2 3-pointers.

Hey I'm not a hater. Remember I was pissed at D wade for what I thought was a silly foul to hurt Kobe in the all star game. I was disgusted by what happened to harden and hopefully the NBA punishes world peace (gosh that is just an absurd name) to the fullest extent and then some. That was a complete cheap shot and very malicious. It's guys like him that have ran off NBA fans for years. I'm all for a hard physical game but to throw an elbow to mans temple is inexcusable.

Just teasing with the hater comment. I didn't even see the game live. Watched on Gamecast because I was busy. Heard all about the World Peace incident, but still haven't seen the video. Good luck OKC (they have a team now?) in the playoffs.

That was such a P****y thing to do. He should be suspended the rest of the year, including playoffs. I refuse to believe he was "beating his chest" when it happened. If it was an accident, there would have been no follow through. Glad Kobe stepped up in the 4th and put into OT twice!
