figured id add my results... I am now finally at my army goal weight of 169.. im going to keep pushin through!! lost 30 pounds within 8 months.. im feelin great!! beachbody has really been gettin me right.. If anyone wants to become a coach or member hit me up with a PM to be set for success!! th e P90X/insanity hybrid workout is a great tool

Found a protein bar I really like: Myoplex Lite by EAS. Taste very good and has 15g protein, quick grab for when on the go.

Hello ! Just a little update...I'm still doing my workouts daily...not sore anymore...
I'm pretty proud of my self because it's almost 2 years I have kept my weight maintained.  Although, it will be my son's 16th birthday on the 16th..and well....I cannot go without celebrating just a little without a little piece of birthday cake ! Ok...more like a sliver....

One month from laying on the beach. Going to continue at this pace just be a little stricter on what I put in my mouth, and add 10 minutes of jump rope to my workouts. Can't have Skip embarrassed to stand next to me on the beach!
This is me last weekend on Easter. I haven't worn this dress in forever, cause I couldnt fit my top half in it. Excuse my funky smile my Dad caught me talking.

Finally can stop in here and say....Success! Apr 1st 2012= 228 lbs. Today Apr 12, 2012= 215 lbs. 13 lbs dropped.
 I am not close to done.
