Anyone with LT's and HF cats throw this code? I never threw a P0420 or 30 in the 5-6 months I've had the headers. I've already got the extensions and O2 spacers. The CEL was intermittent at first but is now staying on. I'm due for inspection this month!

Get a scan tool and check your LTFTs. You may be running lean and need a tune.

Low Circut voltage Bank 1 sensor 2.

You need a Tune to pass inspection.

So replacing the sensor won't fix this I assume?

That's for the rear sensor on the passenger side?

If so then Ted's right. Get a tune and have those sensors turned off.

I wonder if you put back on the factory headers would the CEL still be on since it sounds like an issue with the sensor. That could be an option as well. Put the factory headers on and if CEL is still there then take it to the dealer have them fix and inspect it while it's there. If the CEL goes away then get it inspected while the headers are off. A PITA but it might work.

Thanks for all the input. Looks like a tune is in my near future.
