MAF Sensor - Good or needs to be changed

As I was installing my CAI intake and moving the MAF sensor, I noticed the code on it was an S with and X over it. Is this one of the slow sensors, and should I replace it with one of the lettered sensors?

Id change it because if you plan on modding your car it will help in the long run. Ive heard its not noticeable with just a CAI but if you put something as simple as a ported throttle body its a noticeable change. Do it, its what...70 bucks for peace of mind. Worth it on a 40,000 car

That is a weak sensor. You can read more about it here. If you need one give us a shout.

We have them. Unfortunately vendor posting rules do not permit me to post a direct link but they are under "Air Induction" on our website.
