Walking or running?

I love taking walks in my 'hood and it was FINALLY nice enough out today to go
I work out in the AMs but walking is just easy to get lost in.

But that's a really good walk. Keep it up.

7.5 is a lot damn girl - you won't have to wait until the end of the summer to see those results

Wow trails....that sounds amazing. I just walk around the parking lot. We do the biggest loser right after the holidays it runs from jan-may. I weight the people in and I refuse to tell others what the others weight. It is 20 to join and or each lb you gain you pay in $1. The pot is huge. Then May-sept we do this walking thing.
