Just keeping this on the current page, Here are the details I have consolidated to-date:

June 16, 2012

Edmonton Camaros will be meeting at the IKEA parking lot in Edmonton South Common at 8:00AM, leaving Edmonton 8:30AM.

Calgary Camaros will be meeting at the Deerfoot Mall, the Sears Parking Lot at 8:00AM, leaving Calgary at 8:30AM.

Meet in Red Deer at the Costco/Staples parking lot - 162, 37400 Hwy 2 - 10:00AM - 10:30AM. Take some pictures. Leave Red Deer at 11:00AM. Rocky Mountain House is about an hour away and we have BP's in Rocky Mountain House booked for lunch and they will give us a 10% discount. Sask. Crossing is about 190km from Rocky Mountain House. Some are heading north to Jasper, 155km and we are planning to head south to Banff, 135km, possibly taking 1A into Banff. (Some of you have mentioned that 1A is a more scenic route and there are a number of places we can stop for pictures along the way.)

For those headed to Banff:

To get the $149 rate when you book make sure you let them know your with the Camaro5 group, this will also help them put our rooms close together and hopefully avoid any noise complaints. i've tried three times to bring my car out of storage now, first time we woke up to bout a foot of snow, next time was over 2 feet of snow, and we easily got another foot and a half yesterday. i'm so frustrated. i just want to drive my car :(

Hey guys and gals,

Made some calls regarding breakfast for Sunday. June 17th is Fathers Day, wow, we get Camaro's and a cruise. Anyways, most of the restaurants are booked or out of our price range. However, we have made some calls and came up with an alternative, which includes a short morning drive.

Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Canmore would set-up a private room for us at no charge, we will get their buffet at $21.95 or menu, your choice. The room holds about 25 people and would be set-up just for us. The challenge is that we would have to make the morning drive to Canmore for about 10:00 or 10:30 am. The hotel is located at 511 Bow Valley Trail, Canmore, AB.

Need to know your thoughts on this, so I can decide whether or not we want to book.

If we don't have a number we cannot get the room.

Just an idea, your thoughts?
