226/246 119+3 cam spec
hey what does everyone think of this cam spec for a 416 with a whipple blower for a mild cam selection?

Its odd. I would add some intake duration, and tighten up the lobe spread. What lobes is it on, and any idea what lift is? Total duration @.050 doesn't tell much.

There's no reason it won't work. There's also no reason to not trust Erik. He has a lot of cred in my book

the huge exhaust lobe is where alot of the lope comes from, so why go with a cam with alot of lope, and not use the potential of the intake?

My cam is 238/245 114 608/614 and was told it is not blower friendly. Sounds pretty close to what some of these are useing. What type blower would work best with these specs?

Blower friendly on whose account? Did you know that the cam in the LS9 and the cam in the NA LS7 are almost identical?

Could use a bit more intake duration and lower LSA. We can set you up with one of our blower cams that is proven to make 100RWHP with a whipple. We made 656RWHP on our Mustang Dyno at less than 9psi.
