For this effect Tony, I think diffused is better.

I think it looking as close to the concept afterburners would look the best. Don't care for seeing the leds all the time

I like #1 the best. Since I've seen them often, I'm tired of the individual LED look. 5 isn't bad. Would like to see them tomorrow, but you're likely to be staring at my tail lights all day.

5 is the best I think. Cost isn't as important as getting the look right. It won't add that much more to the price would it? I'd rather have it look right and pay a bit more.
