We have an offer to include a Super Chiller in a Gm performance Magazine, only problem is I don’t have a custom kit available for car model yet, working on that.

We have first Whipple Camaro Kit Shipping to Canada as well as another Chiller Tank Shipping now. I have simplified custom AN fittings to one part # for Bulkheads and one part # for Super Chillers before machining. I picked up another order of Fittings from welder Friday. All Freon connections including connection to core are O-ring fittings now and working out great. Also restocked all the CNC parts!

The Competition wiring update is going out to all previous customers interested Free, so if I have not contacted you contact me to be included. This simple update with a relay and Diode will keep HEX. Closed even when AC cycles during Competition Mode and will make significant reduction of IAT in Comp mode. Once installed makes no visible change to driver.

I have so many orders; shipping delay has swelled to 3 weeks again so get your orders in now! I have over 10K in Chiller parts in stock now! We have 2 respected TX shops installing Super Chillers now! I can’t wait for there Dyno reviews.

I just scheduled first Whipple Camaro for Super Chiller installation the 28th. That will be another tailor made kit available and I have deposits from other Whipple customers waiting. I refuse to sell a 1 size fits all or compromise quality to simplify things.

Just a reminder, we have been selling the Super Chiller since 09. We designed kit in picture above and it still represents our Camaro Kits. There are many updates since I took picture but nothing that would stand out in picture.

We are first to include Diverter Valve to take Heat Exchanger out of service when AC is on.

We are first to come up with Competition Mode that turns cabin AC off for track use.

We are first to include a LED inside cabin to confirm Competition Mode.

We are first to design kits that don't cut up car or AC lines with nothing more than mounting holes drilled in body. Only 1 or 2 holes drilled on Camaro if that.

We are first and only to have a hidden Super Chiller with nothing more than a OEM looking aluminum line visible under hood. With high quality GM like sealed relay under hood for system.

We are first to design CNC competition switch bracket that hides switch under dash but easy to reach, without any damage to dash.

We are first to include a digital read out of Intercooler Water Temperature display that can be mounted anywhere or hidden away. I have customers using tape to secure them to top side of sun visor so its only visible when flipped down.

Now we are first to use custom AN Freon fittings that seal to Chiller Core with O-ring.

Now first to upgrade wiring harness with inside relay to keep Diverter Valve closed in Competition Mode even when AC turns off!

Don't forget 1 yr limited warranty on parts and 1 yr on installation when done by approved dealer!

Dallas Performance and Whiteside Customs currently install the Super Chiller in TX. Our kit is so complete any qualified AC tech should have no problem installing it. Just mention bumper cover has to come off.

Anybody have any info or dyno resuts from this chiller? Sounds good but 1000 bucks can go along way towards other mods! Any installs on a Maggy yet?

I've got it on my Maggie and couldn't be happier with it! Best upgrade I've made other than the Maggie. Where is the $1k coming from? I thought the competition model was $800? Either way $1k is a lot cheaper than a new block and rebuild if you detonate a piston due to heat.......that's how I look at it.

Turbo99 did a lot of documentation since he was my first Camaro install. Do a search on this Forum for his results. It all boils down to maintaining an average of 50deg Intercooler Water instead of 100deg.

Our kit is complete except Freon and Oil but there are labor cost with anything unless you do your own work.

On the dyno after 3 runs there was zero loss from heat soak, say day 3 runs w/o the chiller and lost 25rwhp.

I also ran at the track last week and 1st pass 95* out was chiller off and going through the Maggie Heat Exchanger IATs started at 105* and ended at 160* run was 11.70 @ 118mph, next pass turned on chiller for 5 minutes and cooled it down still 95* out IATs started at 64* and ended at 115* and the run was 11.25 @ 124mph. So the chiller did its job and kept IATs down and the car pulled no timing and I was able to make my fastest pass yet in the middle of summer no less. 6 mph is a big jump and I lifted because it was a bracket race so should have been 126+mph.

Those are great numbers! I haven't dyno'd mine yet. Using the "seat of the pants" test I can easily tell the interchiller does it job.

First ZL1 Specific Super Chiller!

After Camaro5Fest I have the first ZL1 Super Chiller Kit available, it was on display. It requires a shorter coolant over flow tank since it mounts hidden below where tank is now. I'm offering a free Roto-Fab relocation tank that mounts on left side to first ZL1 customer!
This mounting is similar to all my other kits but Super Chiller mounts 3” farther back to clear bumper cover and water hoses are ZL1 specific.

Our display car @ Camaro5Fest did 2 hot passes on 1/4mi first pass ICWT was 38deg at staging, second pass staging ICWT was 42deg!

New wiring update, no Diode just use the 5 terminal relay inside car. Everyone that received an update kit you just need 10' of wire and replace the 5th terminal in relay block. Diagram posted to same link. Anyone that needs anything more for update contact me.
Thanks, Dave

Relay fits perfect on the screw that holds AC duct near the LED.

Phone pic sent from the Whipple owner, yes that's 30deg with 85deg ambient temperature. He says with the Super Chiller his car no longer hooks with race tires in first and second. Big seat of the pants difference. You all know the difference when its cold out how much better response is. Now you can have that year round!

He went to Valdosta Friday but got rained out! What a disappointment trailer car for 2hrs to get there.

Awesome numbers! When you say you let it run 5 minutes you just idle it with the a/c on?

First Super Chiller on my GTO in 99

Then on to this one in 99

After that I came up with the model I use now in 2010

First C6 back in 2010

First Camaro in 2011

ZR1 Super Chiller in 2012

This one clears all the body and brake duct, no cutting!

I'll be ordering one through supercharger connections soon. It will be part of a stage3 tvs kit added to my 13' 1LE Camaro.
