Dallas Performance and Whiteside Customs currently install the Super Chiller in TX. Our kit is so complete any qualified AC tech should have no problem installing it. Just mention bumper cover has to come off.

Anybody have any info or dyno resuts from this chiller? Sounds good but 1000 bucks can go along way towards other mods! Any installs on a Maggy yet?

I've got it on my Maggie and couldn't be happier with it! Best upgrade I've made other than the Maggie. Where is the $1k coming from? I thought the competition model was $800? Either way $1k is a lot cheaper than a new block and rebuild if you detonate a piston due to heat.......that's how I look at it.

Turbo99 did a lot of documentation since he was my first Camaro install. Do a search on this Forum for his results. It all boils down to maintaining an average of 50deg Intercooler Water instead of 100deg.

Our kit is complete except Freon and Oil but there are labor cost with anything unless you do your own work.

Thanks to Sage for bringing in his Whipple so we can get the water lines worked out on the Whipple kit!

On the dyno after 3 runs there was zero loss from heat soak, say day 3 runs w/o the chiller and lost 25rwhp.

I also ran at the track last week and 1st pass 95* out was chiller off and going through the Maggie Heat Exchanger IATs started at 105* and ended at 160* run was 11.70 @ 118mph, next pass turned on chiller for 5 minutes and cooled it down still 95* out IATs started at 64* and ended at 115* and the run was 11.25 @ 124mph. So the chiller did its job and kept IATs down and the car pulled no timing and I was able to make my fastest pass yet in the middle of summer no less. 6 mph is a big jump and I lifted because it was a bracket race so should have been 126+mph.

Those are great numbers! I haven't dyno'd mine yet. Using the "seat of the pants" test I can easily tell the interchiller does it job.

New wiring update, no Diode just use the 5 terminal relay inside car. Everyone that received an update kit you just need 10' of wire and replace the 5th terminal in relay block. Diagram posted to same link. Anyone that needs anything more for update contact me.
Thanks, Dave

Relay fits perfect on the screw that holds AC duct near the LED.

Phone pic sent from the Whipple owner, yes that's 30deg with 85deg ambient temperature. He says with the Super Chiller his car no longer hooks with race tires in first and second. Big seat of the pants difference. You all know the difference when its cold out how much better response is. Now you can have that year round!

He went to Valdosta Friday but got rained out! What a disappointment trailer car for 2hrs to get there.

Awesome numbers! When you say you let it run 5 minutes you just idle it with the a/c on?

First Super Chiller on my GTO in 99

Then on to this one in 99

After that I came up with the model I use now in 2010

First C6 back in 2010

First Camaro in 2011

ZR1 Super Chiller in 2012

This one clears all the body and brake duct, no cutting!

I'll be ordering one through supercharger connections soon. It will be part of a stage3 tvs kit added to my 13' 1LE Camaro.
