Super Chiller still chilling......

Went to Bristol last weekend for the Super Chevy Show. Bristol is traditionally a slow track (Hot, humid & slick). I ran the street class on Saturday (30 mile cruise and 3 back to back hot passes, temp was mid 80's.). I won my index with a three pass average of 12.021. All three passes were within .044 of each other. Every launch my I/C water temps. were right at 40 degrees. There is no way I could have been so consistent with out the Super Chiller!

Thanks Bobby and Congratulations. I didnít see your post until today we have been super busy.

I have a custom 07 CTS V with built LS3 E Force in the shop now getting a Super Chiller. Great customer from TX then he is driving his 07 F150 here to pick up the CTS so I can install the Saleen Super Charger and Headers etcÖ and do the Super Chiller on the F150.
We have another CTS V Super Chiller with all the extras shipping Monday for a 2012 CTS V Wagon!
First ZL1 scheduled the 16th so ZL1 kits will be available the 20th. Add to this the E Force kit, thatís 5 different kits for the Camaro alone LOL.

Here you can see over spun CTS V making 12lb, coolant is 16deg Way below freezing, it was 85 in shop. Coolant exiting the intercooler was 39deg and thats AFTER it has traveled through the heat soaked intercooler. The IAT was bouncing 59 - 61deg

These pics are before the insulation was added. That’s why we insulate these fittings and the Super Chiller. It would be like a block of ice if you didn’t LOL.

Here is a quote from Giz, we super chilled his XLR V early this yr. XLR V has a factory Super Charged 4.4 North Star. This one is over spun to 30 lb.

Just finished the first E Force CTS V1 Super Chiller and its already back in TX. Customer reports 30deg intercooler temp and 35deg IAT on highway home. This was a fully custom install since they don’t sell an E Force for CTS V1 and this one was a 600HP LS3 conversion with a Meziere water pump. V1s are a very difficult car to work on and Intercooler system was all wrong for a Super Chiller. V1 Super Chiller kits now available for CTS V1 as well as $200 installation for any Super Chiller!

2 years finally a G8!

Add G8 to Super Chiller many covered models! Special thanks to GXP owner Bob from Whiteside Customs in TX. Bob drove from TX just to establish the G8 kit and helped big time by doing the Vertical Mill work to make the custom billet adapter used on high side.

The day Bob arrived I admitted my Mother (89) to Hospital so this cut into my shop time but Bob steeped up and used my design to make the 2 prototypes needed to get CNC production going. Mom is back home and getting home therapy.

G8 came out great, one of the easiest cleanest kits to date. Like the Camaro no cutting or splicing to any AC lines. Both Freon connections are completely bolt up. Nothing but plastic drilled for water hoses and 3 screws into frame to mount the Chiller. G8 lends itself to our Super Chiller very well no interference with any thing existing and very simple adaption to Magnuson Super Charger. The 30% larger Chiller is now available for G8 as well.

Friday a 800HP ZR1 with 6K miles on it arrives from Maryland for first dual Super Chiller on a ZR1. Then another CTS V from TX with 1100HP on juice for the first Dual Super Chiller on a CTS V. This car has done 1300HP on rollers and just fell to second place world record and wants it back. We are getting calls from all over the world now on a regular basis. The G8 kit is getting a lot of inquires from AU and England. The same G8 kit fits RHD/LHD! I believe from Emails the first shipped G8 kit will be to AU!

So Camaros don't feel left out the Dual Super Chiller is also available for Camaro and recommended around 700hp to 800hp depending on Blower and IATs.

So here is the First G8 candy.
First install the high side adapter and Competition solenoid.

Here is a dry mock up before insulation.

Freon return is a bolt in CNC part at an existing connection.

Finished instal.

Then water connections and Diverter Valve

First ZR1 Dual Super Chiller In The Works!
We are mounting 1 standard Chiller on both sides and separating the reservoir from the left side of H/E. Then adding the reservoir to the refrigerated coolant side of system.

We had a great time at FSP, here are a couple pics I took on the way there. It was 70 out at the time, intercooler temperature was staying around 30deg.

I just put my Superchiller on my 2011 Camaro and I have 24 degree coolant going to my intercooler. I did it myself and the mechanical part went well. I was stupid and picked the wrong green wire to activate the system but all is good now. I
haven't got to drive the car (because the weather sucks) but I'm real confident my KB will run a bunch cooler now!

Thanks Dave for the Superchiller and support!!!

I forgot to tell you Dave that after doing my first install, I could do this again easily! It took me a little bit to figure some stuff out but I fully understand this system now. Anybody running a boosted Camaro or whatever, I highly recommend this kit! Dave's a great guy and is always available to answer all your questions. Just leave a message if he doesn't answer. He will call you back quick. He's got a lot going.

PS: Thanks for putting that low side ac port in!! It makes it easy to hook my guages now!!

ZL1

Taking orders for the new ZL1 Super Chiller, this one is the 30% larger. Under the hood is the same as the SS with a formed aluminum line that just looks like another stock line and no holes drilled or AC lines cut. One water hose will fit a little better with kit all I had in stock was the short 90. 3 mounting holes drilled in bumper bar and some plastic trimmed behind bumper cover. 100% fitment with ZL1 bumper cover and brake ducts.
Same pricing
$799 Street
$899 Competition
$100 for 30% larger core upgrade.

Note it has been brought to my attention that some use a 20 plate core! We use a 30 plate standard and a 40 plate upgrade. That is 50% larger standard with double the size with our upgrade.

Interested. Turbo application. Will this help with coolant temps? In process of buying 160 thermostat and better radiator. Will I have to both to achieve my goal of cooler temps?

This is only for IAT on water to air intercoolers.

Another update from GizmoQ and his XLR V done over a year ago, running 20lb on a North star. This is after 30 minutes driving, people commented about this very sight when he opened the hood after running the Texas Mile!

This kit works flawlessly and my IAT2 temps stay at 80 degress in 100 degree plus temps. Ultimately the best bolt on mod for heat
