I think it would be cool to get a driving school day for the ZL1 like they get with the ZR1

I completely agree, that would be awesome!

It's on my very short list to take a class at a school like Bondurant. I'd like to get into road racing, it interests me much more than drag racing. I've been playing Forza 4 (which by the way is an incredible game Radz!) for practice.

I use to drag race my other camaro's and would like to make the switch also. I also play the heck out of forza 4.

Spring Mountain also has driving classes. I have been to both beginner and advanced. Great stuff. You learn more in two or three days than you could learn on your own in years. Worth the money!

My daughter was at Boundarant and loved it. As I said I attended two at Spring Mountain and Dave and Victor and team were top notch and I have met Janet and she is awesome and by the way has her own ZL1 on order!

I think we need 12 for a group buy. If I get 10 or 12 serious folks here then I will call Janet and get a group price for Spring Mountain.

Would you want a 1 day course (pretty basic stuff) or a two or three day course?

Spring Mountain is ABSOLUTELY awesome. GM gives you a school when you buy a ZR1. Had a ball. Was hoping they will do the same with the ZL1. That way you can do the school and Vegas at the same time!!! GM ship my car, NOW!!! NEVER LIFT!!!

I talked to the Bondurant folks at Barrett Jackson last weekend and they told me they're currently "discussing" with GM, the possibility of a class voucher going with the purchase of a ZL1. They told me they have ZL1s there now. I was assuming those were the ones used for the batch of reviews that just came out.

I retired from Spring Mtn, but the girls there can set up a fantastic deal. Need to see what is happening with the ZL1. Right now there are the Camaro SSes or Vettes. I would love to take a ZL1 class. It has been years since I've taken a class & I have lots of bad habits that need correcting. I really want to see the difference in track handling between the Z06 that I am used to and the ZL1.

I'll call the track & see what I can find out, but we might have to wait until they see when they are getting ZL1s. I'll see if I can get Victor (Dir of Operations) onto this thread.
