Thanks, I could've sworn Gary made them. I do not want the glue on ones, I want something that is functional like my front vents. I can't seem to find any threads, so maybe you could point one out for me. I sent Gary a PM but waiting to hear back.

I dont like the stick on ones either.

Because of the nature of the rear ones, most are custom jobs. But a lot of people use the glue on ones as a starting point, i.e., cutting the hole out and welding or putting the glue on one in its place, and blending with bondo or fiberglass.

I think ACS Composite makes one that requires cutting the hole out and sticking theirs in, probably the best way.

but a lot of people end up having to cut the hole out and use mesh or sheet metal to get the look they want.

I did that with my front 3dCarbon front fender vents, I prefer something that has function as well as good looks. Gary did hit me back, and said they need to be fabricated so I'll see what he can do. I'll also check out those ACS Composite ones too, thanks for the heads up!

If I get them painted is it a oem fit? Or is it not worth getting them painted because I have to get it fitted to fit?

They are modified stock fenders from what I understand, so it IS an OEM fit. As they are GM fenders.
