Interesting I just tried to build one on the Chevy website. The polished rims are only like 500 extra dollars. I assume that means you get those rims instead of the SSX rims instead of both like on the other rim upgrades. I wanted both sets. I'm sure I could still get them somehow.

I can understand if some initial cars are bayed for an extended period of time, inside, in an environment condusive for detailed Q\A inpections and testing. But parking the entire initial lot of ZL1's outside in that environment, which I'm sure of course is salt free parking lot, is sad, really sad. Pics or no pics, we knew this was happening and it's just disappointing. The salt will surely prematurely affect the finish on metal components.
I understnad that you are excited to get your car, but just relax a bit.

It's okay, the car wont be destoryed by sitting out on a few cold nights.

Nice pics...carbon fiber bow ties to match hood inserts would have been the icing on the cake or color matched?

I do not want to start an uproar, but I thought that the roof antenna was supposed to be body color painted? The antennas on the red and yellow are black instead of body colored.

I hope the salt is washed off these cars in a reasonable amount of time so damage isnt caused. These things should arrive in owner's hands in pristine condition for $60k...otherwise I will be greatly disappointed

I was thinking this exact same think. always garaged never seen rain ha ha.

When I bough my 2008 corvette it showed up on truck with all corvette but an open truck. what are the odds it made it from kentucy to oregon without getting rained on. ha ha.

Your dealer will be more than happy to let his 7.50 an hour clean-up boy wash the car using a brush and dirty water. Then he will fill it up with 87
octane gas.

Just kidding...I'm sure when you see them on the lot you will have forgotten all about seeing them dirty.Enjoy your cars guys.

These ZL1s look like missiles just waiting to be launched at the competition. Very intimidating.

Why can't the fin be painted to match the car if you are getting stripes? I don't understand.
