is there a DIY on removing some interior trims

hey everyone, i might be doing some painting soon. i wanted to know if there was a DIY or how to ,on removing the thin silver pieces around AC vents. there is a total of four pieces, not including the stearing whel trim, and main gauge trim.

any help would be great. i don't want to break any pieces
