Acouple gears questions

I'm ordering from Phastek Performance, do I need the full or half kit to come with the 4.10 gears that I am ordering?

Also, is anyone from northern virginia that can recommend a great mechanic that can install them? From everything that I've heard about gears, a small mess up or a missed detail can cost you greatly, so I want to make sure that I go to the right guy. Apologies if this has already been covered.

Check with your installer first. He may already have the shims you will need to do the install. Most installers can get their own bearings if they need to be replaced. If he has access to the shims and bearings then you will only need to get the Half Kit. If not get the full kit and you will get everything you need to do a fresh build.
