I"m getting ready to order this weekend beening calling around to some in the smaller town dealers i've worked with before. Trying to decide if I have a better chance of getting it quicker from my normal chevy dealer in albert lea or head to a big dealer in the cities. How is Grossmen to work with?

I ordered mine from Grossmen, process was smooth as I brought in my build spec from Chevrolet's site. $1000 later I am on the list.

My hope is to get the car before the snow flies here.

Did they give you an idea of how long the wait will be?
I've never orderd a new car directly from the factory before only new ones already on the lot.

You may want to include your contact information!

You may also wish to state if Merit is going to fall into the Sells @ MSRP or below thread, or the Gouger's thread LOL.

Tim P. as in the Tim P. salesman who works here? That's pretty cool if that's who you mean, he's a good guy. So have you ordered a camaro yet or are you still waiting to do it?

Yup, Tim P. the HeavyShot'er! LOL ( I think he works in Fleet Sales?)

We snipe at each other over on the fishing site!

No, I haven't ordered. I still have a bit of trepidation about what is going on with the job market, and just don't want to commit the funds right now.

That, and even as much as I like the styling, and have the "Gimmy's", it's tough to reach into the pocket for MSRP when other vehicles that I like (300C AWD) are selling at a Seven Grand (or more) discount!

So yeah, I'm on the fence right now LOL!

Nope.

I haven't ordered yet.

I am waiting for the Horror Stories to die down.

Then I will most likely end up over at Merit, a bit East of downtown St. Paul.

Yup, it's on the way to Sonic!

Got the call.

I got the call on Tuesday that my 2010 black on black with white stripes #10613 should be here nx week. Finally my dealer has already had 4 different Camaros on their lot. None of them being pre-orders.
