Is this a rear end issue or something else

After driving for a few minutes on the highway my car makes a metal rubbing noise when I turn left and occasionally just when braking. Is this in the rear end I've had in the dealer three times and they tell me they don't see anything rubbing. I don't think they have taken the diff cover off at all just looking at the bottom of the car. The guy that sold me the car drove it on the lot and heard the noise but makes the comment that the tech couldn't get it to repeat the sound and that I have plenty of warranty left so I should just see what happens. I'm not real happy about this. Should I have them change the diff fluid and see if that fixes it or go in and demand a new rear end. Don't know how to handle it.

First off, if it is under warranty from GM then I'd take it to a different dealer and not mention at all what the other place said.
Let the other dealer diagnose it and fix it.

Yeah I'm gonna talk to one on Monday. Thanks for the advice on not telling them about the other dealer hadn't thought about that.
