Awesome, thanks! The afternoon sun kinda obscures the color in the photo a bit... would you say it matches the black on the lower grille appropriately or is it a little bit lighter?

Does the colour of the unpainted version matched the colour of the ZL1 rockers?

The color is a bit lighter, but not that noticeable. What I did was rub a little armor all on the splitter and it darkens it up to a close match with the grill

If you want a perfect match to the grills get the matte black! It's only $20 more than unpainted.

Looks a bit more satin than matte, which is fine by me since matte black scratches and scuffs too easily. I think I'll take your advice.

Yea it is a little more satin than Matte but it matches perfectly and RPI calls it Matte black when ordering!

Fedex dropped off the new splitter today and got it installed tonight. 1-1/4 hours and a scraped hand later.

Painted carbon flash metallic to match my stripes. Perfect match and fit. Nice job RPI. Anxious to see the side skirts.

Included a shot of my ZL1 front wheel well guards next to the splitter. Lines up nice.

Easy.... I just installed mine. What I did was jack the front up. POSITION YOUR CAR ON JACK STANDS FOR SAFETY!!! I then held the spliter on with masking tape starting at the front center then moving to the sides. The tape allowed me to position it just right before drilling the holes for the bolts. Getting your arm between the bottom of the bumper cover and where the bolts are is a tight squeeze. Took about 45 minutes for the install. Kudos to RPI for perfect fitment.

Ordered and just received a Flat Black RPI Splitter -- great finish/awesome product.

One question to all other owners -- did your Splitter come with mounting hardware (washers/bolts/etc?).

My package came with just the splitter -- wrapped in foam packing + newspaper -- nothing else at all.

Anyone willing to provide some info on what sort of mounting hardware would suffice for installation?

Thanks!
