What's the main difference between the SLP splitter and the ZL1 style one? I need help deciding which one should go on my rally yellow SS. Both come in carbon fiber, right?

The ZL1 is more aggressive looking, but they look similar other than that. We don't offer the SLP in carbon. I'd go with the ZL1 style, that is what we have on our shop car. You can always pick it up to save on shipping since you are local.

Thank you for being so helpful! I just google mapped your shops location.. You're only 30 miles from me!!! What is the best way to reach you to place an order for pick up??

Thanks!! :-)

I love the ZL1 style splitter. Mine however has gotten chewed up in the last few months, I plan on ordering a new one here soon.

Can this be installed without jacking the car up? Do you have to drill any holes?

Thanks.

Jim

You do need to drill holes and it is going to be quite difficult to install without lifting the front end. Honestly, unless you have small arms and hands, it's way easier to do if you pull the front fascia (bumper) off.

Don't get me wrong, you can do it on stands with the fascia in place, but be prepared to come out looking like you've been in a cat fight! LOL

as for puting it on when they say it's a tight fit you bet.... my hand at one point when i pulled it out was bleeding from rubbing on the plastic.even tight for my arms and i have skinny arms...lol.
