how many horses?

I just got a tuner and tune from JRE and I've only had the tune in for one day but the differance is like night and day. It's the way the car should be.
Anyway I was just wondering how much horsepower and torque did I gain? the car is a stock L99 except for axle backs and the resinator has been replaced with an X pipe.
It doesn't really matter to me because the drivability is so much better and I'm not out for top end horsepower. Just curious.

Most people report hp gains of 5-10. The difference you are seeing is due to torque management being disabled and various adjustments that he made to your transmission shift points. He basically freed up a lot of torque (and consequently hp) at low and mid rpms, and made the tranny shift harder and at higher rpms levels.

My car seems happy with the JRE tune, too. Where do you notice the power start to kick in? On mine, the throttle response seems better, and the power comes on pretty smooth, but it seems like I can really feel the TQ from 2500 RPM and up. It's hard to compare to stock, since I never really got used to the car before it was tuned. I started modding right away and did the tune with like 300 miles on it. It's WAY better without AFM, isn't it?

Much nicer having it off. I thought it would be nice when I bought it. But the hesitation and noise(after cutting off mufflers) I had to tune. Now I want more!!

The AFM is awful.
I still haven't had a chance to really see how good it is at higher RPM's. It's only a 15 minute drive to work, but this weekend I'll have the time to test it out. I think that it's going to be a blast.
