I think the ones with it have a button by the shifter? But I could be wrong.

Yes - the button on the dash by the CAMARO insert and fog light button, 3 channel ABS (without) vs 4 channel ABS (with), and RPO code of NW9.

This is what I always notice first:

My 2000 (with ASR) -- you can see on the passenger strut tower a small motor with throttle cables running to and from it:

Compared to cam99's under hood picture and my 2002:

It's quite a rudimentary system as it simply "kicks" the gas pedal off the floor when slip is detected.

Cool info. That's one less thing I would be ripping out anyway!

Hey guys, this thread was brought to my attention this morning while shooting one of the new ZL1's in the Pittsburgh area so I thought I would give a reply personally just to clarify.

I should have explained at the Starlite Cruise that I don't typically shoot anything more than details on a car simply because, at a cruise, there is just too many distractions around like guard rails, people, and other junk that detracts from the overall image and oulls attention away from the car. By sticking to just shooting details, I can eliminate all of those distractions. Plus, the details of a car can make a nice poster just by themselves.

With that said, I do shoot entire cars but in a more controlled setting where the focus of the image is just the car. I work with the owner of the vehicle to create images he or she wants and create posters or regular prints to order.

Here are a few images I've shot this year so far to give you guys an idea of what I'm talking about.

If you guys want to see other images, you can check out the other galleries on my site. There's a Tom Henry Racing Camaro and Corvette ZR1 you can check out.

If you guys have any questions or want more info about my shoots, all of my contact info is here: http://www.andymarchese.com/contact

Hope to talk to you guys soon.

What I need is a bigger garage. Can I have some space in your new forest?

Thanks for your input. I'm not sure how hard I should push the issue. Maybe I expect to much?

The bubbles look to deep to sand out in the door, I'm talking about the porosity that you see along the edges of the door panels. They appear to have been air bubbles that traveled from the base layer and came out, breaking the surface and leaving the trail of open caverns down to the color layer.
