Thanks guys! I'm in the middle of some re-badging so I'll post pics when done!

The RPI ZL side rockers are a no go now! I did a test fit a couple weeks ago but they just aren't right yet. I had to return them and Josh says they have to re-do the mold. So, I'm debating getting the GM ZL1 rockers either from patrickt and get them painted locally, or from Gary's Customs already painted. If anyone knows a good local paint shop to get pricing from please let me know! I'll post a pic of the test fit when I get home.

Here's a pic of the RPI ZL rockers test fit. You can see where the 3M strip just doesn't line up with the bottom of the rocker and won't stay stuck. So back they went and RPI says it will be a while. :(

I'm kinda thinking now that the GM rockers might look more seamless. I really don't like the way the RPI's will show the top edge of the 3M tape anyway!

Well I finally got around to doing some badge changes. I removed the stock SS, the Hurst Equiped, and rear bowtie on the trunk. I installed the SLP 3 piece blackout instead of the magnetic on then installed a new style SS in place of the bowtie. I think it cleans the back end up and looks great!

A little story. So I had the car all cleaned up and headed to the park for some pics in the fading evening sun! All was well except when I got into the park they had just layed down new stone over the pavement. I drove nice and slow but when I started taking pics in the sun I noticed a layer of white dust all over the car! Of course I didn't bring my Cali duster so I made do with a microfiber cloth, which just kinda moved the dust around.

Then, some deuschbag pulls his car into the shelter I was at right in view of my camera shots, got out of his car, unloaded the dog and hurried into the trail! Thanks a lot! So I move to a different spot only to discover muck on the wheels which I had to clean! I finally got some shots just before the sun started to fade behind the trees. What a pain but here's a few pics!

The first pic is the back end before and the rest are after!

I also removed the chrome CAMARO on the fenders and replaced them with Emblempros black Onyx ones. Now the only chrome on the car is the lug nuts, which I kinda like for contrast!

One more story and then I gotta go make dinner! Over the past year I've had a lot of people ask "what does L53 mean?" I then have to explain "it's not L53, it's LS3". You see, the hood emblems I had looked like the S was a 5. So, for a long time I was contemplating removing them but was affraid of ruining the vinyl stripe in the proccess. Well, I finally got up the nerve and did it! I had to use goo gone but I got it cleaned up pretty good.

I just ordered a pair of black 6.2L emblems that should look good! Hopefully they'll be here in a week and then I'll be done with exterior cosmetics! BIG RED is finally looking like what I have envisioned for the past 3 years! It's a slow proccess but very rewarding once you get there!

I'll post pics when I get the new emblems on!

I am redeemed! BIG RED was really pissed at me for screwing up that SS emblem but I'm forgiven now! I was able to remove it, with very little damage to the vinyl blackout, and it is now re-installed correctly!

Here's the last of the emblem work. These are Emblempros laser etched 6.2L emblems that I ordered black then painted myself RJT to match the body color. That completes all the emblem upgrades! I really don't enjoy removing the old ones, what a PITA!
