No pollen yet to cover the cars , still to early for that up here . We don't get the amounts of pollen that i saw when i was in Georgia two years ago for the 1st C5 Fest . Now that was heavy pollen !! It looked like snow .

Ya'll need to branch out and see some of the things going on around the site...

There is a member that started a thread in the V-8 Forced induction section about the 1000+ RWHP gang... There are already one or two, and soon to be lots of others... me included if all goes according to plan...

The fortunate thing for us wee members of society with only SS's and LT/LS's is that we have a few years head start on modifying...

There will be some billy bad ZL1's soon... and I mean really billy bad ones... I can think of one going to a guy in Houston that may be driven from the dealer to the shop for mods...

I drove my car 13,000 miles bone stock and decided it was time...

About the only thing that would still be covered under warranty on my car is the window roller up/down thingy...

Motor, clutch, trans, driveshaft, diff, axles, etc... The seats are still original though they need to come out for slimmer seats so my 8 point roll cage can be finished...

Street Legal... Yup... and to top it off... I got 23+ MPg on the way back from the Fest II in Phoenix... with 800 RWHP on tap... 427 cubic inches of stroked and forged fun...

I'm sure that I'm not alone with what happened to me recently which was I was at status 1100 as of Februaury 21st and was contacted by GM on Wed. afternoon telling me they regret to inform me that they pulled my order from my dealer and said they were sorry.
Well that sorry doesn't cut it with me with GM, as I said to the rep all I would like and deserve as a loyal customer of 20+ years is an explanation as to why this happened...Thats all... also to give me a time line to when I would receive a 2013 if I was to proceed with one... no answers still...
Obviously there are a lot more things in life to worry about and I'm sure we all realize this but for a lot of us outside of our normal hussle bussle lives it is our passion to have something like this in our garage...

Wow I can't believe that happened with no explanation, sorry bro.

People are definetly wound up, me included. Mine has been sitting outside since January. I am grateful they found the problem and do not mind the hold at all. An update as to the status of how the hold and fix are proceeding would be nice. I agree it is much easier to be a cheerleader for GM when you do not have that's been built sitting outside for 2 months. Nonetheless, even after all this, I know it will be worth it. I continue to look at pics, videos and read reviews to help keep the faith. I am grateful to be able to purchase this track warrantied monster. But I still believe a simple (not detailed) update would go a long ways.

I hope they are on the streets before the '13 GT500. They probably should have made them '13 MY's, but that is neither here nor there at this point.

That is some serious awesomeness! When I first got rid of my SS, I'd whimper a little every time I climbed into the Fusion...Once you've gotten a taste for performance, it's tough to go back.
