BARTON SHORT THROW SHIFTER!!

Just put in the Barton, replaced the Hurst, VERY PLEASED. When its in geat, very littlewiggle left and right. Its fairly quiet, very slight vibe sound. I can only hear it if the radio is off and windows are up. Over all I'd give it a 9/10.

Trying to decide which to get. Why the 9/10, because of the vibration?

I orderd the hurst last week and will use the noise kit.
Hope that works.
They say the vibration is from the car not the stick.
And some cars vibe others don't

Imo it has to do with the lightweight stick and shifter. When i used the factory knob on the short shift kit, you don't hear squat.

I purchased one also but still having a problem with it not a very good positive shift and down shiften is a bit hard to do. I am hoping that it will break in some so I do not have to replace it.

I would like to see BARTON come out with pistol grip in differant colors thers a company at cartersfabanddesign.com you might have heard of them they have a pistol grip in differant colors the only thing is they only make them for auto tap shift but the colors allow them to personalize there rides I think something like this would look nice on a manual tranny. just a thought

Who sells Barton's? Only their site? Or do they have vendors?
