:( got the valve ticking sickness today :(

On my way too work this morning i noticed it valve, lifter, rocker tap around 1,800 too 2,100 and at idle also. I havent done anything out of the ordinary. Its def not the injectors fireing i can hear it flfrome inside over the road noise. It is def coming from the passenger side. Anyone have any suggestions other then a visit too my dealer. ticking from passenger side bottom half of the engine.......mine does that during cold start...after a drive around the block, it disappears. It's been that way since day 1.
